"La vie est un jeu", voici le message principal de cette oeuvre. La marelle, jeu de cours de récréation pour les plus jeunes, symbolise ici le chemin de vie. Selon l'artiste, il n'est pas nécessaire de voir la vie comme une pénitence mais bien comme quelque chose où il faut essayer de prendre du plaisir, de s'amuser malgré les différents obstacles qui peuvent s'immiscer. 

Le damier noir est l'expression même de la vie entre joie et peine : subtil équilibre à trouver mais réalité certaine, l'artiste se veut à la fois censé et rêveur. 

"Life is a game", here is the main message of this work. Hopscotch, a playground game for the youngest, here symbolizes the path of life. According to the artist, it is not necessary to see life as a penance but rather as something where you have to try to have fun, to have fun despite the various obstacles that can interfere.

The black checkerboard is the very expression of life between joy and pain: a subtle balance to be found but certain reality, the artist wants to be both sane and dreamy.
